Unhappy sex life...

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 4 years and have a 10 month old. He's never got me off and never makes sure I get mine. I've tried showing him how to use his fingers or tongue but it's like he doesn't get it and makes it more uncomfortable than what it should be. He's not really well endowed (polite way of putting it? Maybe?) and so I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has these issues? Or how to make things better?
