I have absolutely NO CLUE on how to do makeup, which products are best or anything really. Anyone have like, I don't know, tips/makeup-type-things?

I can't get wet n wild in my country and it's really sad. I can get elf though

i use Elf. Cheap, but decent quality. Wet n Wild eyeshadow is actually really nice. I have been learning off YouTube. Just find a channel that gives you what you want to do, and go from there

1st tip: there IS a difference between cheap and expensive makeup. Except for blush...it's pretty much the same everywhere. Though there is a difference with all of it, what makes the most difference is your base. Invest in a good foundation. All the other stuff, while there is a difference, not many ppl will notice it.

A cheap foundation that's also awesome...loreal 24hr. It's the only one that comes close to(and even exceeds some) more expensive brands.

Better than sex mascara is AMAZING. But does flake after a few hrs. For longer wear i would recommend revlon ultimate all in one, for a cheapy. For something more expensive there's 500 others, you just have to play to find the one you like.

Tarte lip paint is awesome and stays put. Comes in matte and gloss.
