I am a first time mom and my son is 1 week old today.I'm constantly worried about him while he's sleeping and being held by other people, including his dad. I am unable to get sleep because I spend the entire time staring at him making sure he's breathing or not breathing too quickly. His dad and I got into an argument because I always tell him to be careful when holding him, I get anxiety when anyone is walking around with him in their hands. I'm stressing myself out unnecessarily I know! 😩 . Has anyone else gone through this?
