Braxton hicks? Actual contractions?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant, I had Braxton hicks a couple of weeks ago and they felt like period cramps but light period cramps. I could handle it. (best way I can describe it.) and tonight I was sleeping and these woke me out of a sleep and felt like someone was taxing there hand and balling up my insides. I still feel my daughter move. But these are coming and going for about 20 min now. What is this?
