Night weaning 9 month old
So am back to work in 6 weeks time and my little girl is 9 months this week. Still bf her day and at night I feed her to get her back to sleep but I want to stop this night feeding as I know it's just comfort. She's definitely not hungry! Any one got tips or been through same process. Please give me positives here. Am so anxious 😞😞 and dreading having to rock her back to sleep when it only takes 5 mins after a quick feed ...🙈🙈
