Did anyone's relationship change after the baby

Had our baby 3 weeks ago. Idk. I'm like so fed up with my boyfriend. I feel like everything he does just pisses me off and I get so irritated with him, that I start being bitchy towards him. Like the littlest thing just pissed me off that I don't want to even be around him. Did anyone else have this probably after they had their baby.

This is very common. When you don't have time to yourself. To take a shower in peace without your kids. Cleaning and cooking everyday. These little things can build up and cause resentment towards eachother. He doesnt want to be bitched at first thing when he gets home either. The best thing you can do is take space from eachother. Take a class, get out of the house more. Clean up after yourself instead of waiting for the dishes to pile up. So you will have less work to do later. Take your kids to the park. Let them wear themselves out so you can put them to nap early. & have that time to yourself.

My mom was like that after every child she had, her husband just irritated the shit out of her for the littlest reasons. Your hormones are shifting big time again, so just take deep breaths and try to take some you alone time every once in a while. My mom would read a book she loved, take a warm bath, eat a tub of ice cream, or something like that while the new one took a nap. Talk to him about maybe doing some things different while you're going on through your post partum stages, it doesn't last forever.

And it doesn't help ur running on no sleep and your tired. The 1st few months are hard. Talk to ur partner and ask for help.
