Feeling frustrated with my OB

I'm 8 weeks pregnant today. This is my fourth pregnancy and all of my others have miscarried between weeks 6 and 9. I had my first ultrasound a week ago. Baby looked healthy but I have a hemorrhage. My OB doesn't want to monitor it at all. In fact, she will not see me for another 4 weeks. I practically pleaded with the office to let me see her before but nope.

I'm thinking about calling other offices tomorrow and see what other doctors might be able to get me in. The doctor I had with my three miscarriages moved out of state and I just feel lost. Any advice? Am I just overreacting?
