HELP! 😫😫

So I got a positive opk yesterday around 8am, we had sex Monday, last night and tonight. I took another test tonight and it was very negative. I logged it in my glow app and now it says I ovulated yesterday, not today and I am pushed back a day and nervous that we missed the window for egg catching.

Am I just freaking out for no reason? Or is my app correct? Please help!! 😩😩
