Yes it's used interchangeably, but technically ejaculation and orgasm are separate processes that often happen simultaneously but don't always.

For me, no. I personally notice a difference. I don't know if there's a technical term but here's what I refer to it as. When I'm stimulated only through my clit (oral mostly) I "cum". I feel like I have 1 million butterflies in my stomach, I physically get extreamly wet, I get extra aroused yet exhausted, my hormones go crazy.. etc.. then I want more. On the other hand, when my clit and g spot are stimulated (especially at the same time) I "orgasm". I feel all of what I feel when I cum and way more. I feel dead when I orgasm, like I ran a marathon. I can't go another round and I feel so many sensations. It's like my heart is about to burst out of my chest. It's incrediable. Like cumming x10000000000! Sadly, I don't orgasm often because it takes a while and I have to be completely relaxed physically and mentally. Also, there is a deep emotional connection I feel to my partner when I orgasm. There's way more to it but that's the gist of it.
Although, this is just my experience and opinion. I personally notice a HUGE difference and consider one as "cumming" and one as "orgasm". This is just how I distinguish the difference between them. They're both amazing but having an "orgasm" is much more intense for me.

I've always thought of cumming as that sensation when you're getting really wet all of a sudden, and orgasming is that uncontrollable pleasure sensation you get... I could be way off though.
