Sore nipples and mild cramping/twinges

Hey ladies!!! I'm currently TTC, 7 DPO and I've been having some mild pulls in my lower abdomen, along with some sore nipples and some serious food cravings. Are these normal? Not trying to symptom spot but I never experience these with a period so I need some advice. Thank you
