Need help/advice!!!

Hello ladies, i'm looking for someone to please tell me what i can do to help get pregnant. I just recently got engaged. In this past march i had stopped my depo, july 4th i had gotten my period, it says this week i will be fertile but i honestly do know really what to do. Before someone ask's i am 18 and do not care what you say it is my life! Please someone help!!!!
