Any else taken progesterone pessaries and aspirin?

So I've had three miscarriages now and after multiple tests on me and my other half they've come to the conclusion there's nothing wrong with us we're just an unlucky 1 in 100,000. Anyway they've said that on our next positive pregnancy test to start taking baby aspirin and progesterone pessaries up to 24 weeks. Even though they've said there's no known evidence to prove this works, he's had a lot of success following this plan. We've stopped trying now until we get back off holiday in October. However I was just wondering have any of you lovely ladies gone through the same and had success from it? Knowing there's nothing wrong with us is great however I'm just concerned as to why I've lost all three of my babies at 6 weeks and can't carry them :(
