Vitamin D- Can I take these ??

Will these be okay for vitamin D tablets? The midwife said I should be taking vitamin D and not sure if these are for me or baby? Anyone else use these and know they are safe? Which vitamins are you taking?

It says speak to midwife on the side of bottle but the midwife has told me to take them.. am I better off getting some different ones? I'll have a look today - thanks!

you need a good prenatal vitamin...preferably a whole food brand like rainbow light. you additionally need a vitamin d supplement not the one you have posted.
ask your midwife what iu you need. the standard is 2,000 iu's but you need to ask which dose you are to take daily.
