Kinda livid

So I start school next week, my finical aid is only covering like 5,200 of it, I however need to save up 500 dollars. Which I can do three easy payments and have it paid off in December for that semester. However I also have books to pay for, my brother however is one of the biggest assholes I know. He let me have his car cause I didn't have one and he was in basic training. He didn't finish it, and got a job right when he got back. He keeps hounding me until I pay him off, I understand that it needs to be done. But I have my education to look out for, why does everyone stand up for him? I'm having to pay a good 1,000 dollars starting next month. That's every single check of mine. My main question is what the actual fuck?
