How long after miscarriage should you try and conceive?

Last period was 12/29/16 took test came out positive 01/26/17 on 03/10/17 I found out my baby stopped growing @ 8 weeks &" 5 days or so , when I was suppose to be 10 weeks along by then... i gave it a couple weeks so I can naturally miscarry but, my body wasn't realizing what was going on I guess. So I took sum pills that were prescribed for me to have the process go faster. On 04/06/17 I thought I passed everything out . But actually I had to later on go and do a "missed abortion d&'c" or so they called because my levels weren't going down for two months they were slowing down So I had a D&'C done on 6/27/17 they found more grey tissue then they thought they would ... I was spotting a whole week after that day. I recently had sex too afterwards I was caught up in the moment . I had sex on (07/08/17) can it be possible to get pregnant that soon after . I really wanted to wait till oct to try for our 2nd baby but was curious could that happen so soon ? Please help!
