I'm having a very difficult time deciding on what to do. I am currently 17w5d pregnant and I LOVE my pregnancy. I also love my job. I have flexible hours, an understanding and supportive boss, and am very good at what I do. However, the pay isn't too great and after doing the math - if I watch just two kids (already lined up), I'll be equal to what I make and pay for child care with my baby. I'm torn because I really want to be there to raise my baby, and would love to be with kids all day. But I also am career oriented and will miss my vacation time and coworkers. I'll have no retirement. What do I do??? I need suggestions and input! My husband is supportive of whatever I choose to do without bias. He's an amazing man. I'm so torn!!
