I'll be 25 weeks tomorrow. My ex- Fiance kicked me out and its not savable. lucky for me, my parents are going to help me. So that's not the issue.

The issue is, I'll be giving birth this October alone, except my mom in the room. My sons farther walked out our lives. Do I have to put him on the birth certificate? Right now I dont want to but I will do it if I have to.

We're willing to co parent outside of court. So child support I dont want to do, not at the moment right now. Can I still apply for WIC, and other state assistance (I have that but I need to transfer states, just because I'm moving back home. And I want to do everything buy the book.) I'm on without him on the birth certificate and without opening a child support case?
