Sooo confused on period after BC

How long did it take for you to have a regular period after coming off BC? My first two months off the pill I had a regular period that started on cycle day 34 both months but I also could not find the day I ovulated in those months. And since then it's been 46 days with no period but I've had "period-feeling" cramps for 3 days (a week after I was supposed to start). I've taken several pregnancy tests that all have turned out negative.

I'm a little extra paranoid because my DH has fertility issues we already know about and are about to get treated so I'd hate for me to have something wrong as well.

Ideas, thoughts, advice?
