Water gives heartburn?

So I'm having REALLY bad heartburn and acid reflux problems ..tums isn't working and Pepcid AC is 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I think drinking water activates it or something ..this morning I was perfectly fine ....I had some waffles 🤤 then a drunk some water and the burn has begun 😫😫😫😫  I don't think waffles can give heartburn Lol sooooooo my only guess is it's the water 🤷🏽‍♀️

My tap water def gives me heartburn- so I've been buying bottles. Also, if you eat and drink too much water while eating, it definitely exacerbates the heartburn.

Everything gives me heartburn too. No matter what I injest, here comes Mr. Progesterone to f*ck everything up. Following since Tums aren't working for me either even after I drastically modified my diet so much that I'd win Survivor.

it's likely the waffles not the water.
try taking papaya enzyme supplement
