Incompetent cervix at 20 week appointment

So yesterday I went for my ultrasound for babies anatomy scan and was rushed to a consultation room afterwords where my doctor called and told me my cervix is incompetent and is 1.4cm. I was told I need to go to labor and delivery to be monitored. This is my second baby and I did not have this issue with the first. I'm so afraid I'm going to lose my baby and am just so beside myself. My doctor said I'm closed from the outside and no contractions so not to worry... she made me an appointment for a perinatologist in the next week and sent me home on progesterone 200mg vaginally at bedtime. She said I have no restrictions besides no sex but I can go about my normal activities. I work a physical job at a hospital as a CNA and worry that the lifting is what causes this issue in the first place. I just need prayers and words of encouragement.
