I need some advise. My mom is a heavy smoker and me and my husband are very against being around her pregnant or with a baby inside her home because she smokes in the house. She claims she's going to quit when I get pregnant (little does she knows we have been very blessed and are pregnant but waiting to tell her until we have an ultrasound). However, she has smoked in this house for 24 years now. She thinks I'm being ridiculous because she was raised the "old way" and she smoked while pregnant and we where around it growing up and she said we are "fine". However, even if she does quit is it even safe to be in or have a baby in a house she's smoked in for 24 years now?? Need some advise because I feel like I'm being cruel especially to my father whom doesn't smoke and lives there too. However, my babies health is way more important to me then "feelings"
