Getting pregnant after Mirena

So I got my Mirena taken out around the middle of May and we've been trying to get pregnant ever since, I've had two periods and taken countless ovulation tests, but today I took one and I'm finally peaking in ovulation. So I'm kinda looking for advice and similar stories and moral support because I'm so tired of negative tests.
