13 weeks lingering tummy pain

I'm 13 weeks today and for the last 2 days I've had a lingering burning type cramp pain (nearly like pre period ovulation pain). The pain has been moving from one side of my lower tummy to the other. I feel like something is going to fall out of me which is not the nicest feeling and the pain is coming in waves it feels. It's making me quite uncomfortable and uneasy.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and my last one was 8 years ago. Does this sound normal or is anyone else getting pain?

My next scan is in 4 days.. not sure if I should contact my obstetrician's nurse today before the weekend to discuss with her. What should I do?
