round ligament pain

21 weeks pregnant and I'm having round ligament pain this shit hurts like a bitch (excuse my language). It's so uncomfortable and just came out of no where. It scared me so I went to google and round ligament pain cane up, I see it's normal but this hurts and is very uncomfortable.

On top of the round ligament pain my nipples feel extremely raw and they hurt so bad.! And again on top the round ligament pain my baby is moving around so much it's making stuff even more uncomfortable.

Do you all have any solutions to ease the pain or anything?
