Should I be worried?

I'm a sexually active 18 year old and I've been on the pill for just over two weeks. My boyfriend and I both have very high sex drives so we do it pretty often. we always use condoms but say we got carried away and didn't check for pre- cum before he stuck it in without one or I let him keep in in longer than normal without a condom. He has never finished in me. Should I be worried? I just started running and doing sit ups every night so I have pains that I'm not used to in my abs. We did doggy today, like normal, but it was after our run and this time it hurt alot? Should I be worried or is it just from running?
