Okay so I want to try anal with my man but I've had bad and painful experiences with trying. Any tips on how to make it less painful and keep calm ?

Having anal sex can sometimes take a couple of attempts before it becomes enjoyable for you both. First and foremost, always remember to use lube.

Trying out different positions will benefit you tremendously. I've found that laying in a "spooning" position with my man behind me is a good angle. Missionary is also good- you're able to touch yourself and become relaxed while he pushes in a little bit at a time. It's different for everyone though, so experiment with positions that you are comfortable with.

Get toys, start out small. Sometimes it doesn't feel good at first, I'd recommend keeping a toy in and then getting yourself more turned on by like rubbing yourself or doing anything else that gets you in the mood. And if it starts to feel good, do it a few times a week, or just once a week. And then if you're with your man, ask him to try fingering you, or tease you with toys. And also, find a position that you're comfortable in that doesn't hurt at all. Maybe on your side, back, on your stomach, bent over something, etc etc. go slow, take your time. It may take some time before you've gotten comfy and used to anything anal. And I'd recommend also getting lube, that'll help make it easier.
