So when I was 21 (am now 24) I had my first surgery for endometriosis. It soon came back and last summer I had my second surgery. Was on lo estrin birth control pills after second surgery but was getting my period every two weeks. Finally I had enough and the doctor switched my lo estrin to sprintec pills (hoping this would fix that problem) I made the switch 3 months ago. Last month, I had severe cramps and bleeding for 23 days and it started two weeks before I was actually due for my period. I saw the doctor as soon as bleeding/pain started since it was not time for my cycle I knew something was wrong. He said I had a cyst that ruptured and the bleeding would stop on its own. Well it finally stopped on June 24 and I started bleeding July 3 and I am still bleeding! Doctor can't see me until the 24th. Any thoughts or anyone have a similar situation? I'm getting worried.
