JUST DO IT!  I cut my hair short and dyed it all sorts of colors In high school, now I let it grow back out and have an under cut.  Have fun with you hair while you can, just don't go overboard

Personally, I've never been a fan of that hairstyle so I can't really say how it may work on you, but no matter what you won't look ugly or weird cos of it. Like your so pretty, a hairstyle couldn't change that 😊
