Is this a positive 😅

I went and saw my mother straight away and she thinks it's a positive but for some reason I'm skeptical (my partner also doesn't want me getting my hopes up). The morning sickness is certainly making me feel pregnant but I just want your opinions. I'm also off to a doctor either today or tomorrow
