That "nub" that you're looking at its probably the umbilical cord.

Found out at 11 weeks but got confirmation at 14 weeks. It's a boy!!!

This is my ultrasound at 12 weeks & I think it's a boy from the little nub going upward! Yours looks like a boy too!
