Breastfeeding while being pregnant!

Hello does anyone also breastfeeding while being pregnant? I have 16 months baby girl who is still breastfed, but I am now trying to reduced the amount a day, I try to make it 1-2 times a day only and cut off before bed time, and same time I am also pregnant and on my second trimester, wondering if anyone of you have had any bad experiences or any good experiences? My doctor told me to stop breastfeeding but I am not 100% on that, but u know sometimes doctor really can makes you worried.
