calf pain!
anyone else experiencing calf pain? once in a while while I'm sleeping I will get a painful muscle spasm in my calf! It's feels like a Charlie horse actually and it tends to happen when I stretch in the middle of the night. so painful. it happened THREE times last night! how do I prevent this and why is th lis happening ? I'm 17 weeks.
