How much water are you all drinking?

I'm NOT a water person at all, I've been drinking around 4 bottles (usually more, but never any less) a day. 64 oz.

I was just told by a nurse yesterday to be drinking double that??

128 oz of water is going to make me ill- that's a gallon a day.

What did your doctor's suggest?
