Is 4 million ever going to be enough to conceive naturally?

Question

Both my husband and I are 30 and have been trying for 18 months. We found out that he has a severely low sperm count- 4 million in 4ml. He had been taking wellman tablets but now has switched to fertilaid and count boost. I'm trying to remain optimistic but I have a feeling ICSI IVF is our only option. Has anybody else been successful at falling pregnant naturally with an extremely low count. We're due for the second analysis result this Tuesday.

My husbands last 2 SAs were 6M and 2M. 
We decided to try for IUI this month and they said they needed at least 2M for a chance. In the last couple months we changed up his vitamins to include coq10, zinc, omega 3, l-carnatine, folic acid & when we went into have our IUI done he went up to 30-40M!! He had never been that high in the 5 previous tests. I'm in the tww now and praying every day it worked. There's definitely hope for us!

My husband has low count and motility. He's been on FertilAid for almost 5 months now and has seen an increase in his numbers and the number of active sperm as well. Additionally, his DNA fragmentation results went from a 25 (borderline incompatible for fertilization) to a 7- well within the SUPER normal range. You have to give these supplements time to work. My husband's urologist has told him it can take up to 3 months for sperm to mature, therefore, it would take at least 3 months to see results. And we have been. But we're still proceeding with IUI to boost our chances. It's much more affordable than IVF. So don't lose hope just yet.

My husband and I are going through the same. My husband has low sperm count and low motility. He has been taking the whole line of fertilaid for men although has been inconsistent with taking the vitamins. 🙄 I was tested and everything came back normal for me except that I ovulate a little later in my cycle than MD would like. We tried femara last month and I ovulated earlier but pretty sure AF will start in 2 days. Fertility specialist said next month if we wanted to be more aggressive then he would suggest femara again then ultrasound then trigger medication then IUI to give us best chance. That is what we are going to try. Fingers crossed! 🤞

my partner is same he's got low sperm and mobility got tested march 2017. we had been trying for 3 year. was told IVF was only way. we couldn't afford that so decided we wouldn't have a baby . then November 16 2017 we found out we was pregnant unfortunately we miscarriage at 7 weeks :( it can happen .

Count is less important than motility. Count can fluctuate and there is a big possibility with some vitamins and healthy eating and exercise hat you can get that up.

We're trying FertilAid too... this is his first month. AF is due the 4th so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I've read a TON of reviews prior to buying.. a lot of  customers claim positive results after just one month! Most even claim it only took 2 or 3 months of taking the supplement before they got their positive results.
