Midwife/OBGYN in South West Georgia????

I'm sure this is a long shot, but I'm going to try anyway. Do any of you know of a midwife or obgyn (if obgyn, must be a woman. I will not see a man, just personal preference) in South West Georgia??? I wanted to search in Dothan, Alabama but I'll have Georgia Medicaid soon so I don't think I can see someone in Alabama. Anywhere to the west of Valdosta, preferably closer to Thomasville, Cairo, Bainbridge, or Colquit. MUST TAKE MEDICAID. I've googled my rear end off but the results aren't very helpful. They keep giving me people in Atlanta. Thank you all in advance! ❤
