Can you have an ectopic pregnancy with out getting any tubes removed???

Yes. I had one a few years back. I was given two doses of medicine to dissolve the pregnancy. I had to go in weekly for blood draws to make sure my HCG level was dropping. Took forever though.

Yes, I had an emergency surgery a few months ago they were able to keep my tube in tact!! Really just depends on how far along you are when they catch it I was 8.5 weeks pregnant and my tube was 30 minutes from bursting.
