I was just wondering what the average bbt is pregnant and not pregnant?

I searched the same thing when I first started temping. But from what I've read, the actual temp doesn't overly matter. It's more just finding your pattern :)

Answer

It's more so an average trend than a specific temperature. When pregnant your bbt will stay elevated by 1-2 degrees when it is supposed to drop of.  You want to look for this sustained increase around the time your period starts.
