I'm 3 weeks postpartum , had a second degree tear and a perineal tear , the stitches for my perineal tear have dissolved and I'm still waiting for the stitches for the second degree tear to heal. Here's my issue that I'm wondering... The only way I can explain it is, it feels like a tampon isn't in all the way discomfort? I know it's only been 3 weeks, everything doesn't feel so good down there still ! Maybe this is normal I'm not sure.

Everything looks so different. Does anyone know how long it takes for everything to look back to normal down there ? And feel normal again? So worried this will be a forever thing 😳 Just doesn't look or feel the same 😭😭😭😭
