How to stop worrying
I experienced an early miscarriage last August. The first pregnancy I knew was bad from the beginning. I had spotting with some clots during the time of my period even tho I was getting positive tests. I had tender beasts heartburn and other symptoms but I constantly spotted I ended up losing it around 8 weeks (although I don't believe it ever developed). Around the time my next period was due. Now I'm pregnant again 9 weeks this pregnancy has been completely different. The first few weeks my breasts hurt so much I couldn't wear a bra, way more nausea and I've been exhausted. However the last few days my boobs have stopped hurting and other symptoms aren't as bad. No bleeding or cramping but I'm still worried. My first u/s is on Monday and the closer it gets the more I'm worried about it being a missed m/c. I just wish I could enjoy this time more. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to relax?
