Since losing William in April he was still born (my second still born loss), Iv started going to a health nurse and rehab, both for my health and to get my body ready to go back to work as I haven't worked since April.

So I have exercise to do at home daily and today someone was watching me I could feel the eyes on me. When I sit down they come over to me with the I was good face wanting treats (unknown to them it's just normal food).

So they sit on my recliner till I give them some. ⬇️ my watch
