Baby Mackenzie Rose
Baby Mackenzie Rose was born on July 15 at 7:58 PM. Weighing in at 5Lbs and 14 ounces. It all started at 7:30 AM, hubby was going out to help my Dad move and I started to feel some stomach pains. I didn't think anything of it because it kind of reminded me of the lighting pain you get in your pelvis. Well they started getting more intense and my 8:30 am I told my husband to come home. He got home around 9, I needed to take a shower and I made him take one with me as I could not stand up and was starting to get severe pain. We got to the hospital a little before 10AM and I was 5 centimeters dilated. I started crying because I could not believe this was it. I had to wait 45 minutes for my epidural because it was a busy day for delivery. Epidural was a breeze compared to the contractions and boy was i happy when it kicked in! At about 7 centimeters the doctor broke my water and the pressure on my vagina was unbearable so they gave me a diff medicine and once again I was one happy women. So once that medicine wore off I felt the pressure in my ass, like I had to poop. So the doctors came in and 45 minutes of pushing Baby girl came out. They said all you gotta do is push like you are going poop. I did tear and have stitches which I feel like I have a lot. I am scared to walk or pee☹️ I hate pain but I have no hemroids which is a plus! Now I am in recovery resting while baby is in nursery. We get to go home Monday. With tomorrow being Sunday I have a feeling we will have a lot of visitors
