So this cycle I didn't bother religiously testing ovulation as I didn't have enough sticks.

I had one left over so decided on the 15th to use it. It was negative, as I expected.

When I enter that information in to glow today (16th) it moves my fertile window.

It takes the 10th and 11th away and adds the 17th and 18th in to the green.

Is this because glow assumes I have not yet ovulated (because of the negative) even though I may have ovulated the days before testing, so is giving me a couple of extra days or?

Should I keep BD the next two days (17th,18th) just in case?

Usually I ovulate 4-5 days in to my fertile window. I'm always regular and period comes on time each month.

I have been tracking for at least 3 full cycles previously with OPK and CM/position etc.

This cycle I decided to ease off on the tracking and just BD when we could.

I took the OPK log away to put my fertile window back to what it originally was, but now I'm confused.
