Up from 3-6am everrrrry night
The last two weeks or so, I wake up around 3 every night to pee and just lay in bed until 6. Luckily I work from home so when my husband leaves for work around 6, somehow I fall back asleep until 7:30-8 ;) I fall asleep fine (and early!) but can't shake this early morning insomnia! Anyone else? Advice?
