Why can't I get pregnant

So I haven't had a period since end of May!

Period 2 weeks late today and still negative pregnancy test!

My partner & I have been trying for over 14 MONTHS.

I do have PCOS which makes it harder I understand that but still.... I feel so alone.... to the point where it's having an impact on my mental health...

I try to do everything by the book and still nothing! I seriously don't know what else to do. I just want to give up but we (my partner and I) want to have a baby together so bad it's seriously tearing us apart
