Braxton hicks???

Jw how early can you start to feel braxton hicks? What do they feel like?? I'm  ftm and dont think I've had any ( only 16 wks and a couple days ) I'm not worried just curious😊

I think first felt them and knew what to look for around 19 weeks. I was dehydrated... they lasted on and off for about 45 minutes but were inconsistent and didn't hurt necessarily. 
Now I know caffeine and dehydration can trigger them and when I overexert myself.

I started feeling them at 18 weeks. It's a tightening in your belly. If you feel crampy then that means you need to drink more water

mine started last week at like 22 weeks and 5 days... it feels like a super tight belly. not cramping but just uncomfortable.

The first time I felt them was at 17 weeks. I can't really describe the feeling it wasn't painful though just a tad uncomfortable
