TTC after Miscarriage - things to try?

We are TTC after a miscarriage in late January- our first pregnancy after trying for 5 months. We just passed one year TTC total, but 4 months since miscarrying. We've tried a bunch of things, but this month, I didn't do OPK and just decided to focus on having sex more and less stress, and better diet. I've also been tracking CM and position for the first time, which is a bit odd, but less stressful than the OPK game. Last month, I got a positive OPK on a day my husband and I had a huge argument and I just felt like I needed a break from them. On Day 15 and feeling hopeful. Anything else people have tried? Of course everyone keeps saying Relax! Easier said then done 😬
