What is it???

Ok so today when i went to the bathroom i saw this stringy looking discharge. It was white/clear. I also am off and on crampy and my stomach is very twingy latley. About five days ago i had some pinkish brown diacharge when i wiped but this only lasted 1 day. Periods not due for at least 1 more week. Anyone know what this discharge today could have been????
