Surgery while pregnant

So right at 17 weeks I ended up with acute appendicitis... I had surgery Tuesday at 5 am and didn't come home until yesterday! I had a really hard time pain wise, but the baby is doing good and I'm slowly getting my strength back!! Has anyone else had emergency surgery during their pregnancy??
