Need some advise !

So after having a miscarriage in may, I'm desperate to have a baby. My partner isn't so ready, he tells me we need to move place before we can bring a baby into this world. Our place is fine, does anyone think he's still grieving? Or what?

I'm so confused. He was so excited when we found out I was pregnant but it seems like the loss of this baby has destroyed him.
