Can someone explain to me what a Braxton hicks contraction looks like and what it feels like? This is my first pregnancy and so I have no idea if I've had them or not. Sometimes I feel my stomach get really tight on one side and then I feel mild period like cramps. But baby girl is always there on that one side when it happens.
